1. About DepthLevel

DepthLevel is an online trading education platform operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] ([REGISTERED_ADDRESS]), providing structured courses, AI-assisted market analysis, and educational resources focused on order flow, SPX, and XAUUSD trading concepts. DepthLevel does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or trade execution capabilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using depthlevel.com and its services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Your continued use following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. DepthLevel does not knowingly provide services to persons under 18.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at info@depthlevel.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

DepthLevel offers two plans:

PRO subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize DepthLevel to charge your payment method automatically on each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. DepthLevel does not store your card details. Prices are in USD.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Right (EU / UK consumers): If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

Waiver upon immediate access: DepthLevel grants instant access to its digital content and services upon subscription. At checkout, you will be asked to expressly confirm that you request immediate access and acknowledge that, by accessing the content, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have confirmed and accessed the PRO content, the right of withdrawal no longer applies for that billing period.

Outside the EU / UK: All sales are final. No refunds are issued after access is granted, except where required by applicable local law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, written analyses, AI-generated outputs, graphics, and the DepthLevel brand — is owned by or licensed to [LEGAL_ENTITY] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DepthLevel’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to DepthLevel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

DepthLevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DepthLevel and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

DepthLevel may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.

Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union or other jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. EU consumers retain the right to seek redress under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to bring claims before courts in their country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
